Derived from natural elemental silver, the world’s most powerful antimicrobial metal ion, AgION™ antimicrobial compounds protects against bacteria, fungi, yeast, mold and mildew.
Silver ions in a 100% inorganic aluminosilcate carrier are released through a unique ion exchange process.
Moisture in the air causes a controlled release at a slow steady rate to provice excellent protection for decades.
Stable to 800°C and through a pH range of 3-10.
It’s ideal for areas where clean is critical.
Protects against bacteria, fungi, yeast, mold and mildew
Effective even in wet environments or harsh conditions
The acute toxicity of antimicrobial compounds
are less than table salt
Effective, even with light scratches
Antimicrobial Compounds are available in a full range of colors, textures and chemistries. It can be applied and cured like conventional powder coatings on any surface that needs protection from microbes, even with light scratches and abrasions.
