About WW Custom Clad
WW Custom Clad’s heritage is in coatings. Since 1976 we have been powder coating and finishing materials for projects large and small. With our experience and quality control team, we have the know-how to do it right, the first time.

Facilities: 42,000 sq ft with eight powder coating areas and a liquid coating area. We work predominatly with OEMs in th

Substrates: Mixed metals, plastics and emphasis on zinc and aluminum die-castings
Pretreatment: Three five-stage, tri-metal, iron phosphate power washers with demineralized final rinse.
Three-stage immersion.
Eleven-stage aqueous prime for zinc die-castings.
Sandblasting, shot blasting and vibratory finishing
Coating Application: Manual and automatic powder spray, including a clean room for clear powder applications.
Fluid bed system
Decoral Sublimation Process:
Licensed applicator, featuring wood grain, marble and other special effects
Curing System: Three batch gas ovens, and four conveyorized ovens, one electric infrared convection to 550 degrees, infrared preheat system
Conveyor/Booth Capacity: Variable speed conveyors, 100lb centers. Part size up to 8’W x 6’H x 14’L, extrusions up to 20’ long
Quality Control: QC manual in place Physical testing lab, meets General Motors GP10 criteria.
Salt spray, humidity, color analysis and ASTM physical testing
Complete Job Services: From machining, fabricating, and stamping to the coating. We will facilitate the whole job, providing you with one invoice.
