Our heritage is in coatings. Unlike the body-shop-turned-coater, WW Custom Clad evolved out of the coatings manufacturing industry formulating specific coatings to meet specific industrial needs.

WW Custom Clad finishing capabilities

We have eight finishing areas with equipment representation from each of the major manufacturers.
Four heavy duty automated conveyors, with automatic and manual application.
Three batch areas with size capability to 11 1/2 feet.
Two on-line power washer, vibratory finishing, sand blasting, burn off and stripping capabilities.
Two application areas, batch and conveyorized, for conventional and electrostatic liquid spray.

Spray - for thin films from 1.5 mils to 5 mils
Fluidized Bed - for thick films form 5 to 40 mils
Coatings - epoxy, polyester, nylon, acrylic, fluorocarbon and urethane

Quality control program following ISO-9000 guidelines as well as adherence to statistical process control procedures.
